Treadmill update...

Add 4 more miles to my 12..Yay Me....I have been eating half healthy half cruddy. So this coming week it's time to turn the "healthy food only" switch on. I am really excited to start seeing progress...Gonna do my official numbers/weight/measurements etc Monday and keep a log week by week.

I am ready for a new me!!
