3. What was your greatest gift of 2008? Learning I was stronger then I thought

4. What is your New Year Resolution, or, what are you committing to this year? I don't really have a new year's resolution but I do plan on putting a bigger effort towards doing more family activities.

5. If January could be represented by one song, what would it be?Celebration, Kool and the gang

6. What do you wish for your body in 2009? I want to be healthy, this year is my year for focusing on changing bad habits and making sure I take care of myself.

7. Name one new thing you would love to try in the New Year. That's personal :P

Amanda, how cool are your responses! Love Zoey Deschanel; totally understand your response to #6; and love the linkage between #7 and all those that follow.
I've been in that place you're in - waiting for your husband to return - and I know how hard the waiting can be (and how surprising the days after the return can be). I look forward to reading your blog (have added you to favorites) and hearing about his safe return
