Cooling down....

This dreaded heat has not only caused me to shut myself inside to keep cool. It has also got my mouth watering for those yummy homemade ice cream recipes from The Perfect Scoop again. So I dusted it off and scanned through the tons of recipes looking for one that I could make without running to the store. And I found one!!!

Pina Colada Sorbet......

It's so good and so simple to make, and you can't beat that fresh flavor!

So of course we haven't even finished this up and I am already chilling my next batch..
