A skirt from a shirt

Alexis is smiling today, another skirt added to her wardrobe thanks to me digging something out of my old wardrobe...

It used to be a tank top style shirt so I took off the trim from the shoulders and added it to the waistline then pulled some elastic through it and voila...seriously cute and simple..Doesn't get better then that!!!
