Almost done with the front half and will start on the back just as soon as I get more yarn, this thing will be heavy duty. I am anxious to get it done and move on to my next project in the book. After I have fun taking pics of this one of course :)

ReplyDeleteLooks terrific so far. I have a friend who does some knitting from those books and she says that they tend to be big because that's just how they wear them. I think she did some practicing and finally got the right needles for her so they fit the way she likes. Either way I think you're going to love it.

ReplyDeleteI am a huge fan of grey yarn too and this looks stunning. I have only used amigurumi japanese patterns and so don't know about the hook sizings but I do hope it all works out for you....
